Arvato Systems Joins the Bundesverband Direktvertrieb Deutschland E. v. (BDD) as a Recommended Cooperation Partner
Arvato Systems brings its expertise in SAP, seamless digital processes, and digital and agentic commerce to the BDD network

Gütersloh – Arvato Systems has been a recommended cooperation partner of the German Direct Selling Association (Bundesverband Direktvertrieb Deutschland e. V., BDD) since September 17, 2026. As an international IT specialist, the company brings its technology and industry expertise to the BDD network, supporting the continued development of direct selling at the intersection of personal consultation, digital processes, and emerging commerce models.
The BDD’s cooperation partner program connects specialized service providers with the direct selling industry. Companies can only join the program upon recommendation by a BDD member company. Arvato Systems was recommended by Reico Vital and is listed as an IT service provider in the association’s cooperation partner directory.
The partnership will focus on professional knowledge sharing and active participation in the association’s working groups, particularly in the areas of SAP as well as digital and agentic commerce. Arvato Systems will also contribute to the Direct Selling Congress of the BDD (BDD-Direktvertriebskongress) and provide expert insights as part of the association’s activities.

Companies need to be able to understand which tasks an agent is authorized to perform, which decisions it has made, and how those decisions can be demonstrated when necessary. Arvato Systems addresses these challenges through its expertise in areas including agentic commerce and execution governance.
