What makes us proud
Decorated!
Our entrepreneurial commitment has been recognized many times, for example, with the Lünendonk Business-to-Business Award in the "Performance" category or the Digital Leader Award. We are proud of this! But we also have a lot to show when it comes to our team and working conditions: For example, Arvato Systems has been named a top employer by the Top Employers Institute every year since 2014 and has received various awards for its Kuala Lumpur location, including the "HR Asia - Best Companies to Work for" award. We also carry the Fair Company Seal, an award from the Fair Company Initiative of the Handelsblatt and Wirtschaftswoche, and the Prout Employer Seal.

Fair Company
For students, practical experience is part of their education: They go to companies and expand their academic knowledge with valuable experience from the working world. This is also the case for quite a few interns and working students at Arvato Systems, who support us for a few weeks or months every year in a highly motivated manner and want to learn from us. We give junior staff a fair chance and have therefore carried the seal of approval of the Fair Company Initiative of Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche since April 1, 2013. The initiative is a voluntary commitment to the responsible treatment of students, interns, and young professionals.

PROUTEMPLOYER
Today, homophobia and transphobia are still commonplace. People who do not live a supposedly heteronormative life experience overt and covert discrimination in the workplace. For example, half of all homosexuals and bisexuals do not dare to come out in the workplace. As a result, they have to put too much energy into the forced game of hiding and seek. PROUTEMPLOYERS support the PROUT AT WORK Foundation financially and communicate internally and externally: "We are committed to creating a work environment that is open to all people - regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or gender characteristics and traits."
