• Study on the IT market with around 5,000 respondents

Gütersloh - Arvato Systems has once again been recognized as one of the best IT service providers by the business magazine 'brand eins' and the market researchers at Statista. This is the fifth time that the company has made the list of the best.

The ranking, which has been published annually in the business magazine ‘brand eins’ since 2019, is based on an extensive survey that includes both providers of IT services and IT freelancers as well as their customers - for example, employees of IT departments in companies or those responsible for IT purchasing. The field period of the current study, in which a total of 4958 respondents took part, ran from 25 April to 11 June 2023.

With an overall recommendation of four stars, Arvato Systems once again achieved an excellent rating this year. The company, which specialises in particular in the target sectors of retail and consumer goods, media, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and public administration, was named as a recommendation by respondents in the areas of IT security, managed services & outsourcing, communication & collaboration, software implementation & maintenance and IT consulting. A total of 288 companies qualified for the 2024 list of the best. Arvato Systems was once again ranked in the top 25 per cent.
