Project Overview

Initial situation

In the past, Zucchetti has significantly expanded its product range in the retail & e-commerce sector. The partnership with Zucchetti, therefore, began with an initial Azure Cloud solution, in which we provided the TCPOS backend infrastructure for an initial Zucchetti end customer on a pilot basis.
The official release of the Avvia portfolio has now provided Zucchetti with additional opportunities to deploy new backend environments efficiently.

The vision

The vision for the project was to create uniform, stable and scalable cloud environments for different product configurations.
This should enable Zucchetti's cloud team to provide the necessary infrastructure for new projects as efficiently as possible and largely under its own control.

The solution

Zucchetti can now offer its customers tailor-made infrastructure services from basic to exclusive for their PoS applications and adapt the infrastructure to the different project requirements time and again. Whether fully, co- or self-managed, with different security requirements - all of these specifications can be implemented for Zucchetti's customers.

Thanks to our valuable partnership with Arvato Systems, we can also offer a fully scalable, flexible and secure infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure cloud technology in conjunction with Arvato Systems' managed cloud services.
