In the now-completed major project, the commercial core system was successfully converted to SAP S/4HANA as part of a greenfield implementation. Our Services
For Stadtwerke Dinslaken, we undertook the entire SAP S/4HANA transformation, from the initial preliminary study to Go-Live. Our team brought in-depth process knowledge, methodological security, and technical and industry-specific expertise to the project. With the help of the SAP Activate process model with an agile framework, we enabled the project to progress in a targeted manner. We relied on preconfigured SAP best practices for the FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, and SD modules, and integrated test management with Jira. We utilized the SAP Migration Cockpit for efficient data migration. Even after the successful go-live, we continue to support the customer with extensive Application Management Service (AMS).
