Gütersloh – Digitalization in healthcare is advancing – and with it the need to replace existing TI connectors with more powerful and future-proof solutions. In May, the ‘Kassenzahnärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe (KZV WL)’ became the first major association to encourage its members to switch to “connecTI” from Arvato Systems. Arvato Systems implemented the pioneering TI gateway solution for the approximately 2,600 dental practices in the KZV WL member area quickly, securely, and smoothly.

Recently, 2,600 dental practices have been migrated from the connector to Arvato Systems' future-proof connectTI solution. Approved by gematik in May 2025 without restrictions, connectTI brings noticeable improvements in stability and performance for practices and will significantly reduce on-site support requirements.
