TALKE was using an outdated solution for planning its transports, which was also running out of maintenance. For this reason, TALKE wanted to switch to a modern and future-proof system for transport planning that was closely oriented to standard industry processes. Factors such as maintainability, stability, future-proofing and comprehensive transparency were the driving force behind the decision to replace the existing system.

TALKE wanted to focus on stable and transparent processes in the future. In doing so, the company attached importance to the consistent implementation of an SAP strategy, near-standard processes, higher transparency and process quality, and a modern IT architecture.

Close collaboration with TALKE and our many years of experience in SAP implementation of transport management solutions enabled us to replace the legacy system completely.
