As part of a new tender in 2012, Arvato Systems was awarded the contract to operate the IT infrastructure. After 10 successful years, the responsibility will now remain with us for another 5 years. The continuously good cooperation was decisive for the contract extension.

It now meets the current requirements of an advanced IT architecture and is ideally prepared for future expansion. It also offers improved efficiency and greater flexibility, enabling STIEBEL ELTRON to respond quickly to new business requirements.

Solution

The backend infrastructure, for which we have been responsible since 2012, is continuously optimized and expanded. Future developments are taken into account and implemented in cooperation with STIEBEL ELTRON through regular (security) checks. On behalf of STIEBEL ELTRON, we look after the server systems in our data center in Gütersloh as well as server and network components at various STIEBEL ELTRON locations.

With our professional support and the provision of first-class managed services, STIEBEL ELTRON has developed a robust and future-oriented IT infrastructure. This infrastructure is not only powerful, but also flexible enough to cope with upcoming expansions without any problems. A continuous review of the IT infrastructure and regular (cost) optimization of the IT system landscape take place as part of ongoing operations.
