Project Overview

Initial situation

The project's goal was to digitize and accelerate the B2B ordering process fully. The focus was on the user experience for internal and external target groups. Arvato Systems was commissioned with the complete redevelopment of this application.

Vision

The existing solutions were further developed and improved, and new solutions tailored to Sonova were programmed to be technologically up-to-date.

Solution

The "fast order" solution explicitly developed for Sonova is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that works offline; it uses a local database and stores account information and product catalog for offline use. It streamlines the ordering process and provides the best mobile experience (see screenshot) with mobile-specific views.
