Our Services
With the help of Arvato Systems, Stadtwerke München successfully fulfilled the regulatory requirement to introduce an API process for the "determination of a MaLo-ID". In close cooperation with SWM, Arvato Systems acted as a sparring partner and supported the independent implementation of many tasks by the Munich-based energy provider. During the IT project, the SaaS environment and the integration of the necessary API certificates were prepared. Finally, the API directory service was connected and went live.
The parallel implementation of the requirements for the 24-hour change of supplier ensured compliance with current regulatory requirements. A decisive factor was the provision of the SAP project accelerator (SAP ECC/IS-U Adapter), which enabled the energy supplier to smoothly integrate the API processes into their existing SAP system.
Arvato Systems supported SWM with security checks, including the PEN test, to ensure all security aspects. By the end of the first quarter, the solution was fully deployed so that comprehensive testing could be carried out. The final go-live was scheduled for June 6, 2025, followed by a Hypercare phase, which was accompanied by the Gold Support Package.
This successful implementation underlines the lasting strength of the partnership between Arvato Systems and SWM and the ability to meet complex regulatory requirements efficiently and securely.
