He supports companies from a wide range of industries, from SMEs to large corporations, in the design and implementation of complex transformation, change, and digitalization programmes.

 

Before his current position, Bernd Jaschinski-Schürmann worked for many years as Head of Supply Chain Consulting at Arvato Systems. Before that, he was Head of Business Development & Consulting and Head of a Competence Center for Processes and IT Excellence at Arvato Distribution, where he was responsible for developing new business models and optimizing operational structures. He began his professional career as a logistics planner at Bertelsmann Industry Service.

 

In addition to his many years of management experience, he has in-depth knowledge of project, process, and key account management as well as sales & presales.

 

He has extensive experience across a range of industries, including automotive and supplier, retail and mail order, food and luxury food, manufacturing, logistics service providers, and telecommunications.

 

Bernd Jaschinski-Schürmann holds a degree in industrial engineering and combines technical understanding with entrepreneurial thinking and strategic consulting expertise.
