These services include SAP system deployment, S/4HANA Brownfield conversion and process optimization. Consultants offer tailored solutions across key areas such as finance, supply chain, authorizations and analytics. They also provide ongoing support, customization and training. Consultants are available for on-site visits, and we also offer services in German language. By leveraging SAP Consulting Services, companies can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
Project management office in Arvato Systems Latvia covers the need for direct project management support in dedicated projects in the meantime having a full view of the Arvato Systems standardized project management process RPOM® through organizational matrix integration with the Central Project Management department within the Transformation & Technology unit. The basis of our work is anchored in the Arvato Systems PM Guideline and ASL PMO supports the overall PMO processes primarily in the area of project controlling.
Inside Sales Support is a service helping ASYS sales team in their acquisitions. Service includes responsibility for an independent preparation of quotations and order processing for complex IT solutions and taking care of our customers and prospects and support our sales and account managers in generating additional business in the existing customer environment.
Our Financial Controlling team monitors and controls the direction, allocation, and usage of company’s financial resources as well as follows, controls and updates the related procedures and policies in close cooperation with the company’s management.
The first-level Service Desk provides high-level 24/7 support to customers by addressing basic technical issues, monitoring system alerts, categorizing incidents, software installations, and basic troubleshooting, escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams, and ensuring thorough communication and documentation.
The team delivers daily services, including service requests and incident management, ticket categorization with triage, comprehensive report delivery, and investigation and resolution of IT-related queries and issues. We assist with Change and Problem Management for 2nd-level Application Support. Our team supports customers in the Healthcare, Logistics, CRM, and Utilities sectors. We also commit to continual improvements and actively manage tasks for both external and internal procedures. Additionally, we offer telephony services tailored to customer needs.

Cyber Care – Managed Detection and Response is part of the Arvato Systems Cyber Care Portfolio. This service is part of a whole cyber security strategy and mitigates possible cyber risks in the selected environment in order to the jointly agreed pre-defined actions. Cyber Care involves analyzing and evaluating incoming alerts and deriving suitable recommendations for appropriate action. Based on customer consulted pre-defined actions, potential cyber risks are eliminated. The pre-approved actions allow the SOC to carry out defensive measures independently and thus reduce the processing time.
