  • Here you provide first-level support and are responsible for fielding and tracking inquiries and problems. You provide expert customer service and document, classify, prioritize, and process each case. 

  • As a System Operator at the central Service Desk, you are responsible for monitoring and providing support for various applications and IT services in use by our clients. With our guidance, you can gain a broad base of knowledge and insights into the different types of technology we handle at our company.

  • As a Junior Software Developer, you actively work to develop software projects. You recognize clients’ needs and help to develop the necessary solutions. You support specialist colleagues throughout the entire software lifecycle – from analysis and design, implementation, and testing all the way to commissioning and consultation.

  • In this department you work on networks, databases, applications, and SAP services. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and providing consultation for IT systems. We offer all interested employees the opportunity to pursue specialist career tracks.

  • As a Junior Project Manager, you independently manage smaller projects in various areas, such as organization development or IT system implementation. You assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure a successful roll-out.

  • As a Junior Consultant, you help plan, design, and implement IT solutions. You provide customer support and work analytically to process client-specific inquiries. You also collaborate with the sales department to design presentations and technical proposals.

Are you our new strategic partner manager? The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and specialize in managing a business within the IT Services sector with a focus on eCommerce Products, and Cloud Projects (e.g., MS Azure and AWS).
