WEBINAR | Regulatory Requirements in Russia: News & Serialization-To-Do's just before January 1, 2020
Webinar | GotoWebinar
On January 1, 2019, the law on serializing medication with crypto coding entered into force. This stipulates that serialization will be mandatory by law starting on 1 January 2020. The legislation stipulates that companies who carry out the manufacturing, import, storage and distribution, sales, use, or disposal of medication in Russia must provide information about these processes in the system designed for this purpose. Other industries, such as the consumer goods industry, are also subject to Russia's serialization regulations and are now under time pressure.
In addition to the possible ambiguities within the laws, the challenges include market changes and the interpretation of official announcements of changes. Register for our free webinar and get an up-to-date overview of the Russian laws and requirements for the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry!
