Our HR Awards
Top Employer
Only the world’s best employers are honored with the Top Employer certification. These are companies that go above and beyond to provide their employees with quality services. Arvato Systems has now qualified for this honor seven years in a row.
What does that mean, exactly?
The Top Employers Institute (previously known as the CRF Institute) awards certifications to companies around the world that display an excellent commitment to their employees.
One essential component of the Top Employer certification program is that all participating companies are subject to a standardized auditing process. Companies must comply with the high standard requirements in order to be certified. In order to increase the strength and legitimacy of the certification process, all results and documentation are forwarded to a centralized body for final evaluation.
The Top Employer Institute verifies and audites employee services in the following categories:
- Talent strategy
- Human resources planning
- Onboarding
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Executive development
- Career and succession planning
- Compensation and benefits
- Corporate culture
Fair Company
Practical experience is part of a university education. Students come to companies to enrich their academic knowledge with valuable work experience. Arvato Systems takes on a large number of interns and student trainees every year for varying time periods, ranging from a few weeks to several months. These students provide us with highly motivated support and gain valuable knowledge. We give young talent a fair chance, and that is why we were awarded the Fair Company Initiative seal of approval from the Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche magazines on 1 April 2013. The initiative is a voluntary agreement to institute responsible work policies for students, interns, and young professionals.
PROUTEMPLOYER
Even today, homophobia and transphobia are still the order of the day and people who are sexually and/or sexually supposedly different experience both overt and covert discrimination in the workplace. For example, half of all lesbians, gays and bisexuals do not dare to come out in the workplace. As a result, they have to put too much energy into the forced game of hide and seek.
PROUTEMPLOYERS support the PROUT AT WORK Foundation financially and communicate both internally and externally: "We are committed to creating a work environment that is open to all people - regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or gender characteristics and traits".
